This application allows you to quickly delete any file (that is not in use or on a locked disk) from any disk — even invisible files.
USAGE:
To use Deleter, start the application as usual by double-clicking on it, and you will be presented with a custom Standard File dialog. Simply select the file to wish to delete, and click the Delete button (or hit Return or Enter). You will be asked to confirm that you really want to permanently delete the file. Once deleted (or not, if you cancel or there was an error), you can select another file to delete, and so on until you Quit.
A feature of the application is a display of the selected file’s creator, file type, size (in kilobytes), and indicators of locked, alias, invisible and stationary files. These displays are in the Standard File dialog itself, so you can quickly view this information for each file simply by clicking on the file’s name. Rest assured that deleting an alias file will delete the alias, not the original.
COMPATIBILITY:
This application requires System 7.0 or greater. It should work on all machines that support System 7 (i.e. the Plus upwards).

This application is being released as Freeware. You may give it away to anyone, provided it is unmodified and you include this document with the application.
